Responsibilities

• Greet patients and staff warmly and professionally at the front desk.
• Register patients accurately in the scheduling system following department policies.
• Answer a high volume of phone calls with a warm, friendly greeting.
• Assist patients with electronic check-in and guide them through the process near kiosks.
• Collect co-pays and verify insurance coverage and authorizations as required.
• Balance and reconcile daily transactions and generate basic reports for end-of-day closing.
