Job summary

Care Resource is seeking a pharmacist leader to manage pharmacists, interns, and technicians at a Fort Lauderdale location. The role includes ensuring engagement, development, and compliance with regulatory standards while delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities cover patient experience, operations, performance management, and training. You will collaborate with leadership to drive clinical services, 340B programs, and safe medication practices across the network.

Qualifications

• BS in Pharmacy or PharmD degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid Florida Pharmacist License, active and in good standing.
• AHA BLS certification is required.
