Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients and visitors as a Patient Ambassador.
• Assist in menu selection and deliver patient meals with direct contact.
• Receive and process phone orders and relay information accurately.
• Identify patients who have not ordered meals using tray tracking system.
• Make meal rounds, collect survey information, and relay feedback to Sodexo leadership.
• Attend scheduled shifts on time and comply with account requirements.
