Job summary

Sodexo is hiring a Patient Ambassador at Lovelace Westside Hospital in Albuquerque, NM. The role is full-time with weekday morning shifts and a pay range of $17.00–$19.72 per hour.

You will greet patients warmly, assist with menu selection, and support meal delivery and setup with direct patient contact. Responsibilities include taking phone orders, identifying patients not yet ordered meals using tray tracking, and relaying survey information to leadership.

• No previous work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutritional care to patients by assisting in menu selection, meal delivery and setup with direct patient contact.
• Receive and process phone orders.
• Identify patients who have not ordered meals with the tray tracking system.
• Make meal rounds and collect survey information and relay pertinent information to Sodexo leadership.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
