Job summary

Bravere in Hot Springs, AR, seeks a compassionate Treatment Coordinator to bridge clinical recommendations with patient understanding of treatment, insurance benefits, and financial responsibility.

You will coordinate scheduling, verify benefits, discuss payments, and support patients through their care journey from diagnosis to completion, while ensuring accurate documentation and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in dental or medical front office.
• Strong understanding of dental insurance verification and EOB interpretation.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
• Computer proficiency with practice management software.
• HIPAA confidentiality and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients on arrival, check them in for appointments and maintain a welcoming reception.
• Answer calls promptly and route messages accurately; maintain organized front desk area.
• Explain treatment plans, insurance benefits, and patient responsibilities.
• Collect copays and fees at time of service when applicable.
• Coordinate scheduling to support provider productivity and patient needs.
• Verify insurance benefits prior to appointments and document payments in the system.
• Assist with recall and reactivation for overdue patients.
• Monitor daily schedule flow and flag gaps or delays.
