Qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency or 1 year of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required.
• Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
• Healthcare facility experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Champion the Patient Experience: Greet visitors warmly and guide them through check-in/out while keeping records accurate and up to date.
• Navigate the Care Journey: Proactively manage schedules, confirm appointments, and handle medical record requests to keep the clinical team aligned.
• Provide Financial Clarity: Verify insurance authorizations and precertifications, assist with co-payments and billing questions with transparency.
• Ensure Accuracy & Flow: Submit daily service charges, reconcile deposits, and provide essential clerical support to keep the office organized.
