Job summary

Providence is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator in Oregon (Central Point, OR) to be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, onsite or by phone, and to liaise between patients and providers throughout the administrative flow of the patient experience.

The role performs core front- and back-office duties with increasing independence, supporting routine healthcare services to ensure smooth clinic operations for Providence patients and families.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in medical/healthcare setting.
• Experience providing a high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment, including handling confidential data with discretion.
• Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience.

Responsibilities
