Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited medical assistant or surgical technician program.
• Minimum of 2 years comparable clinical back office medical assistant experience.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Handles all guest interactions with hospitality and professionalism.
• Resolves customer inquiries regarding clinic services and hours of operations.
• Takes medical histories, measures vitals, and assists clinicians.
• Handles inventory, orders, and replenishes medical supplies.
• Administers medications, including injections within scope of practice.
• Handles multi-line phone system, schedules appointments, responds to emails.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
