Job summary

R1 RCM is seeking an Implementation Consultant I to oversee the deployment and implementation of the Entri Product Suite for healthcare clients, coordinating with hospital operations and IT teams to design, build, and launch patient and user experience solutions.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to lead cross-functional projects, develop educational materials, and ensure go-live readiness while meeting timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years Healthcare/Technology experience.
• Understanding of HIPAA and importance of privacy of patient data.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-time delivery of Entri product deployment and database build.
• Provide deployment team support and coordinate between stakeholders.
• Define data requirements with client and project team within contract scope and timeline.
• Analyze data and workflows to determine best practice processes and efficiencies.
• Collaborate with client, operations, training, IT and support to meet project timelines and drive change.
• Deliver clear training objectives and educational materials for end users.
• Lead client in database validation and conduct testing for go-live readiness.
• Identify client challenges in health care and healthcare access areas.
