Qualifications

• 2+ years in hospitality, guest services, or patient experience.
• Customer service or hospitality training preferred.
• Trauma-informed care training preferred.
• Project management certification or training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all conference center reservations, room scheduling, and setup logistics.
• Coordinate with internal departments for event readiness and follow-up on reservations.
• Support guest relations by addressing patient and family concerns with compassion.
• Document and report trends, concerns, and opportunities for improvement in guest services.
• Oversee day-to-day backend operations of the hospital gift shop and manage inventory.
• Support staff scheduling and volunteer coordination for gift shop operations.
• Assist in patient experience initiatives and environment-of-care improvements.
• Collaborate on events, donor visits, and community tours with the Events Coordinator.
• Contribute to hospitality needs for organizational events and engagements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
