Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Patient Service Specialist in Spring, TX to greet and register patients, schedule appointments, and coordinate communications with insurance providers and partner offices. The role starts at $16/hour and is full-time, with a Monday–Friday daytime schedule in our Spring outpatient center.

You’ll manage co-pays, handle payer authorizations, and verify insurance while delivering warm, efficient service that supports patient care from the front desk through discharge.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 Year Front Desk Experience
• Insurance Verification Experience
• 1 Year of Medical Office Experience
• 1 Year of Scheduling Experience
• Bilingual

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and provide information about what to expect during their visit and information about their next appointment as they check out
• Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone
• Regular communication with parties such as attorney offices, insurance companies and translation companies, market operational leaders, and business development team
• Collect co-pays from patients, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications
