Job summary

MaineHealth is seeking a Patient Service Representative (PSR) to join our Primary Care Family Medicine Team in Rockport, ME. You will greet patients, schedule appointments, answer calls, and perform general office duties to ensure a welcoming patient experience.

This role offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus (prorated for part-time) and opportunities for growth to a Patient Service Specialist after 6 months. Work is 40 hours per week with day shifts and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous office experience with medical office experience preferred.
• Proficient computer skills.
