• Previous data entry or typing experience and knowledge of basic office equipment required.
• EPIC Computer experience, preferred.
• One year of experience in customer service or reception, health care environment, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up new charts and breakdown completed charts.
• Act as primary back up for Receptionist II at front desk.
• Serve as secondary customer service contact for patients and visitors and all phone activity.
