Responsibilities

• Greet patients and guests in a warm, friendly manner in person or on the phone
• Register/schedule patients for appointments, check-in/out, and collect co-pays as needed
• Answer incoming calls, direct to appropriate personnel, take messages, and schedule appointments
• Balance cash and payments, process paperwork, and support EHR entries as required
• Coordinate with clinical staff and providers to support clinic operations
