Bright Light Medical Imaging is seeking a Patient Relations Specialist to join our on-site Arlington Heights team. This full-time role handles front-desk duties, patient check-ins, call screening, and payment processing within a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in medical/office setting preferred.
• Data entry/word processing experience.
• Medical terminology knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients professionally in person and on the phone.
• Answer and screen incoming calls; direct as needed.
• Assist patients with check-in forms; maintain patient records and collect payments.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant handling of patient information.
