MultiCare Health System is seeking a Medical Receptionist to be the first in-person contact for patients in a clinic setting. You will perform front office duties such as greetings, phone management, scheduling, registration, and basic charge posting with discretion and a professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of clerical and/or receptionist experience; or six months in a medical setting.
• Customer service experience.
• Degree or relevant certificate may substitute for experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide front desk support.
• Answer phones, direct calls and assist patients/families.
• Schedule appointments and handle registration, payments and basic balancing.
