Pinnacle Fertility is hiring a Weekend Patient Experience Coordinator to support patients through their fertility journey at our Seattle, WA clinics. This part-time, on-site role covers Saturdays and Sundays 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM (Fridays or Mondays possible).

No fertility experience required; training provided and growth opportunities in reproductive medicine await. Responsibilities include greeting patients, verifying details, handling calls and scheduling, and maintaining EMR records with

• High school diploma required.
• 1–2 years in customer service, hospitality, healthcare, medical office, or similar patient-facing role preferred.

• Welcome and check in patients, creating a professional, compassionate experience.
• Verify demographic, insurance, and appointment information.

About the Role

The Patient Experience Coordinator - Weekends Only plays a vital role in supporting patients through their fertility journey by guiding them through financial processes and ensuring a clear understanding of their financial obligations. This position is ideal for individuals who are customer service-minded, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Patient Experience Coordinator - Weekends Only , you will work closely with patients and a multidisciplinary team to deliver compassionate care and a seamless financial experience.

We are seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator - Weekends Only to join Pinnacle Fertility - Washington in Seattle, WA. This is a part-time, onsite position with a schedule of Saturday, Sunday 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM (could also work either Friday's or Monday's).

New to Fertility? We’ll Train You.

Fertility experience is not required. We’re open to training the right person on the fertility side of the role. Whether you bring strong customer service experience, are a recent graduate, or are looking to pivot into healthcare, we’re looking for someone who is compassionate, eager to learn, adaptable, and excited to grow in reproductive medicine.

Key Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

• Hourly Rate: $21.00 - $32.00 per hour (final offers based on experience, skills, and qualifications).
