Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Part-Time Patient Coordinator (Patient Experience Coordinator) to join our team in Idaho Falls. You will participate in a four-week training program and report to the Manager, handling daily front-office duties and building trust with patients.

Responsibilities include patient scheduling, chart organization, insurance verification, and payment collection, while contributing to a supportive, collaborative culture and ongoing career development.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service and care in line with patient needs, policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and process credit card transactions.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
