Job summary

Envision Imaging of North Arlington in Arlington, TX is seeking a Full Time Patient Service Representative to join our team. Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. The PSR focuses on patient care, assists with check-in/out, data entry, scheduling, and insurance verification, ensuring accuracy and a welcoming experience.

You will collect payments, support billing processes, and help maintain outstanding operational standards while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Qualifications

One plus year of customer service experience; healthcare setting preferred.
Detail oriented, self-motivated, a problem solver and a team player.
Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and browsers quickly and accurately.
Ability to excel in a very fast-pace team environment.
Strong communication skills & professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

Answers inbound calls to the Center.
Provides a friendly and warm greeting to patients/providers.
Checks in/out patients and ensures proper documentation.
Collects co-pays and deductibles as needed.
Resolves complaints and communicates with PSR Lead as needed.
Data entry for patient registration and insurance verification.
