Aspen Dental is hiring a Patient Experience Coordinator to perform daily front-office tasks and create lasting impressions with patients. You will be part of a four-week training program to ensure success in your role as part of a world-class dental service organization.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Must be age 18 or older.
• Time management and attention to detail are important.

Responsabilidades

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and payment collection.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
