Job summary

Aspen Dental Group in Erie, PA is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to support daily front office operations. You will report to the Manager and help create a welcoming, organized environment for patients and teams.

You’ll schedule and confirm appointments, verify insurance, balance deposits, and assist with billing while upholding patient care standards, company policies, and regulatory guidelines. A four-week training program accompanies your onboarding and growth opportunities across

• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
