Aspen Dental is hiring a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team in Charlottesville, VA. You will work as the front office lead, providing caring patient service and supporting scheduling, insurance verification, and payments, with a four-week training program to ensure success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.

• Organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs and company policies.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and process credit card payments.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
