Aspen Dental is hiring a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team. You’ll perform daily front-office tasks, schedule and verify patient appointments, handle insurance verification, and help ensure a smooth patient experience.

Training starts with a four-week program to set you up for success. We offer competitive compensation, a Sign On Bonus of $500, and a generous benefits package including PTO, health and dental plans, and a 401(k) with match.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide front office support and exceptional patient service.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments; assist with charting.
• Verify insurance information and assist with payments.
• Balance deposits and process payments as needed.
