Responsibilities

• As a Patient Coordinator, report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks to build trust with patients.
• Participate in a four-week training program to succeed in your role.
• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care per policy and regulations.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments; organize charts; verify insurance and payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing; handle other tasks as assigned.
