Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to perform daily front office duties and deliver exceptional patient service. You will undergo a four-week training program and report to the Manager to help build trust and loyalty with patients.

The role includes scheduling appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance, processing payments, and handling deposits, with a supportive team culture and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• High regard for time management.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
