Job summary

Aspen Dental invites you to join our team as a Patient Experience Coordinator, previously called Patient Coordinator. You will handle front office duties, schedule and verify appointments, manage charts, and assist with payments while delivering compassionate patient service.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• High regard for time management.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
