You will greet patients, verify demographics and insurance, collect copays, schedule visits, and support billing and administrative tasks to help deliver high-quality care. The role requires strong customer service, excellent communication, familiarity with medical terminology, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Experience in healthcare or medical office setting preferred.
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients; register and verify demographics and insurance information.
• Collect copayments and outstanding balances; schedule follow-up appointments.
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits; obtain pre-authorizations as needed.
• Prepare daily clinic schedules and assist with chart prep for upcoming visits.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance; support a welcoming environment.
