Qualifications

• High School graduate with 1 year of healthcare experience.
• Associate degree is a plus.
• 6+ months of medical insurance experience and 6 months in healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients.
• Schedule appointments and communicate with patients.
• Collect demographic, clinical, billing, and insurance information.
• Determine and collect payments including co-pays.
• Explain forms and ensure signatures.
• Answer and triage incoming calls.
• Maintain confidentiality and support registration processes.
• Work with staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
