FACE Saratoga is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our practice. You will be the first impression and primary front-of-house contact, delivering an exceptional patient experience from the initial phone call through post-visit follow-up.

The role blends hospitality, scheduling, and administrative coordination to reflect the practice’s commitment to service excellence. Prior experience in aesthetics, plastic surgery, dermatology, or wellness environments is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in front-desk, administrative, hospitality, or medical-office settings preferred.
• Experience in aesthetics, plastic surgery, dermatology, cosmetic medicine, wellness, or high-touch service environment preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to learn and use EHR, scheduling, payment, email, spreadsheet, and practice-management systems.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

FACE Saratoga is growing, and we are seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our practice. FACE Saratoga offers medical aesthetics and facial plastic surgery founded and led by Dr. Hannah Morrin.

The Patient Experience Coordinator serves as the first impression and primary front-of-house representative of FACE. This highly visible role is responsible for delivering an exceptional, personalized patient experience from the initial phone call through post-visit follow-up. The position blends hospitality, communication, scheduling, and administrative coordination to ensure every patient interaction reflects the practice's commitment to service excellence.

The ideal candidate is professional, personable, proactive, and detail-oriented, with excellent judgment and communication skills. This individual creates a warm, polished, and welcoming environment for patients while ensuring seamless administrative operations and consistent follow-through on patient needs. Experience in aesthetics, plastic surgery, dermatology, cosmetic medicine, wellness, or another high-touch service environment is strongly preferred.

Requirements

• Associate degree required, bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Previous front-desk, administrative, hospitality, customer service, or medical-office experience preferred.
• Experience in aesthetic medicine, plastic surgery, dermatology, cosmetic medicine, wellness, or another high-touch service environment strongly preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with, or willingness and ability to learn, EHR, scheduling, payment, email, spreadsheet, and practice-management systems.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Compensation

The compensation range for this position is $20.00 to $25.00 per hour. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, education, experience, and qualifications.
