Momentum Spine and Joint is seeking a full-time Medical Receptionist to join our team in Arlington, TX. The role focuses on greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and handling clerical duties while supporting medical staff and ensuring accurate records in the EMR system.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A valid Texas driver’s license and prior customer service experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Valid Texas Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide information.
• Assist patients with forms and demographics in EMR.
• Schedule and reschedule appointments and manage calendars.
• Maintain patient accounts and record charges.
• Protect patient privacy and HIPAA compliance.
