Job summary

City of Hope in Duarte, CA is seeking a Lobby Ambassador to provide high-level customer service, greet patients and guests, assist with wayfinding, mobility, and transportation within the campus.

You will coordinate patient needs with other departments, maintain confidentiality, follow safety procedures, and support a welcoming environment across the campus. Requires a high school diploma, 2 years in customer service, a California driver's license, and CPR/BLS certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years in customer service, including face-to-face interaction.
• Valid California driver’s license.
• CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Meets, greets and assists patients, guests and colleagues with way finding and transport within campus.
• Provides professional, friendly demeanor and maintains patient confidentiality.
• May assist with finding resources, directions, and basic concierge information.
• Coordinates patient needs with other departments and responds to safety needs.
• Follows safety procedures and uses only authorized equipment.
