Minnesota Eye Consultants (MEC) is hiring a full-time Patient Service Representative for the Crosstown clinic in Minnetonka, MN. The role involves welcoming patients, handling demographics and insurance data, assisting with forms, and collecting co-payments in a friendly, compliant environment. Starting pay is $20.00/hour.

The position may require shifts at other MEC clinics, with an 8-hour day Monday–Friday and alternating Saturday mornings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors in a warm, friendly manner.
• Verify and enter patient demographics and insurance information.
• Help patients complete forms and collect payments.
• Assist with appointment scheduling and paperwork as needed.
• Scans and organizes patient records and documents.
• Maintain lobby safety, cleanliness, and HIPAA compliance.
