Mass General Brigham Medical Group Western Massachusetts, Inc. is seeking a Patient Experience Navigator for Express Care in Northampton, MA.

This full-time role is onsite four days weekly with an every-other-weekend rotation, and may involve occasional cross-location coverage to Southampton, Amherst, or Greenfield. The position supports patient visits with clerical tasks, scheduling, billing, and record retrieval, requiring strong communication and multitasking in a fast-paced clinic

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 2-3 years administrative assistant or secretarial experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office and office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients.
• Answer phones and aide callers with routine inquiries.
• File materials, print schedules and manage patient records.
• Process patient billing forms and scan documents to medical records.
• Call for patient records and lab results; handle mail and faxes.
• Assists in patient flow and waiting room support.
