Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a high-contact customer service setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides a warm welcome to patients, families and visitors upon arrival.
• Anticipates needs and concerns, answers questions, and takes appropriate action.
• Directs visitors to the appropriate department and provides location guidance.
• Informs patients and guests about hospital services, amenities, and departments.
• Answers questions in person or by phone about patients, locations, services, or programs.
• Handles calls and forwards them to the correct person or department.
• Follows up on concerns and assists in timely issue resolution.
• Provides information on local hotels, events, venues, and transportation.
