Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Naloxone Training and BLS certification required.
• 18 months experience dealing with the public and customer relations preferred.
• Experience with recordkeeping and data entry.
• One year office experience including computers and customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, family, visitors, donors, and volunteers; conduct check-ins and provide directions.
• Maintain registration book, wait list, payment processing and computer records.
• Refer to chaplain, care management or other departments as needed.
• Serve as a resource for volunteers and other health care staff.
• Coordinate overnight stays and lodging for waitlisted families when space is unavailable.
• Log important events in the daily log with time, date and initials.
• Notify management of accidents or problems; support a pleasant environment for families.
• Assist with food preparation and meal service; handle donations and setup for events.
• Provide access and maintain safety of designated areas; perform light housekeeping.
