Job summary

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of relevant hospital experience.
• Strong interpersonal, coaching and communication skills.
• Knowledge of HCAHPS and patient satisfaction metrics.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Analyze patient satisfaction data to guide improvements.
• Build reporting dashboards and communicate findings to leaders.
• Provide coaching and education to staff to improve service.
• Develop in-services and trainings on patient experience metrics.
• Coordinate with committees and leadership on improvement initiatives.
