Job summary

You will perform administrative tasks, including EHR documentation, in line with company policy. Duties include greeting patients, front-desk duties, logging supplies, verifying identity, collecting payments, and logging everything in the EHR.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Excellent administrative, communication, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, and subtraction).
• Ability to work cooperatively in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
• Excellent customer service and task-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and patients in the front area and assist with registration.
• Handle administrative tasks and EHR documentation.
• Manage patient queue, appointments, and waiting room flow.
• Collect payments and insurance information; log in the EHR.
• Escort patients to exam rooms and record vital signs.
• Assist providers with requested testing and HIPAA-compliant communication.
• Support off-site events as needed.
