Responsibilities

• Make preoperative calls to confirm procedure details, arrival times, transportation, documentation and instructions.
• Perform postoperative follow-up calls and reinforce discharge instructions.
• Document all communications and follow-up activities in the designated system promptly and accurately.
• Coordinate with nursing, scheduling, providers, and leadership to support care continuity and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with call logs, track incomplete calls, and support other administrative functions as needed.
