Job summary

Soleo Health seeks a Full-time Infusion Care Coordinator (Patient Ambassador) in Mobile, AL to support our infusion services. You will enter clinical data for billing, coordinate nursing schedules, and manage referrals while delivering exceptional patient care and seamless communication with providers.

Responsibilities include scheduling coordination, patient outreach, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure accurate care delivery and a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• Prior healthcare scheduling experience required.
• Home infusion experience preferred.
• On-site interaction with patients in a clinical setting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
• Basic computer skills including the Microsoft Office suite.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Receive medication referrals and collect insurance information.
• Data entry into clinical management system for billing and scheduling.
• Coordinate scheduling activities for the nursing department.
• Contact referral sources, patients, or prescribers to obtain information for benefits or approvals.
• Place outbound calls to patients or doctors to notify care status.
• Serve as a single point of contact for referral activity and customer service.
• Ensure accurate notification of financial responsibility and payor authorization.
