Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient satisfaction scores and assist action plans for improvement.
• Create reports and weekly reviews for department leadership.
• Assist with training and reinforce communication skills (AIDET).
• Collaborate with guest services to align items to improve patient satisfaction.
• Provide service recovery to resolve issues and support department operations.
