Atlas Oncology Partners in Memphis is seeking a Patient Engagement Associate to serve as the first voice for prospective patients, guiding enrollment and scheduling. You will support care coordination and handle inbound calls as needed.

Role: Patient Engagement Associate
Company: Atlas Oncology Partners
Location: Memphis; Hybrid (pending graduation from onboarding and performance)
Position Type: Full-Time
Atlas is built for oncologists by oncologists. We provide practices with the staff, contracts, and tools they need to deliver whole-person care to their cancer patients. Our value-based approach to care delivery aligns incentives, offering patients better outcomes, payors guaranteed reduction in medical expense, and provider partners greater financial independence.
As a Patient Engagement Associate at Atlas Oncology Partners, you may be the first voice many patients hear. Through telephonic outreach to prospective patients, families, and caregivers, you will guide them through enrollment and get them scheduled with Atlas. You will also support care coordination and support inbound calls as needed.
Above all, you’re passionate about being a true partner to people living with cancer through every step of their care journey. You understand that a cancer diagnosis can be overwhelming, and you believe no one should have to navigate it alone. That belief shapes how you approach every conversation. Because Atlas is a startup, you are comfortable with change and ready to pivot quickly when priorities shift.
Reporting: This role will report to the Operations Director
You will collaborate with like-minded health care professionals who, like you, understand the importance and value of Atlas' high-quality, value-based care model.
