We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to provide counseling and emotional support to patients and their families throughout the cancer care continuum. This position plays a critical role in helping patients navigate the psychological, emotional, and social challenges associated with diagnosis, treatment, survivorship, and end-of-life planning. The LICSW partners with an interdisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care rooted in empathy, collaboration, and clinical excellence. As a small nimble team, this role will also support care navigation duties to provide resource connection throughout the cancer treatment journey.
