Job summary

ExperCARE is seeking a reliable Patient Engagement Coordinator (Medical Receptionist) to join our team in Hartselle, AL. This full-time role emphasizes welcoming patients, accurate registration, insurance verification, and smooth clinic flow in a fast-paced environment.

You will interact with patients and callers, manage payments, schedule follow-ups, and support the team. CPR certification is preferred, with background checks required and occasional evenings/weekends expected.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Knowledge of Occupational Medicine is a plus.

Responsibilities
