Job summary

Prism Vision Group is seeking a Manager for Patient Eligibility at our New Providence location. This exempt, on-site role provides day-to-day leadership for the centralized Eligibility team, aligning workflows and performance with our quality standards.

You will oversee benefits investigation, prior authorization, financial advocacy, and treatment readiness across practices, ensuring timely, compliant work and measurable improvements in performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, finance, or related field preferred.
• At least five years in prior authorization, benefits investigation, patient access, or revenue cycle.
• At least one year of formal or informal leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee centralized patient eligibility operations across practices.
• Lead benefits investigation, prior authorization, financial advocacy and treatment readiness.
• Ensure work meets payer requirements, policies, and workflows.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and backlog; act on data.
• Coach Specialists and Senior Specialists; manage staffing and training.
• Partner with practices, providers, and payers to optimize workflows.
