Job summary

Tactile Medical is seeking a Patient Education Consultant to conduct in-person demonstrations and trainings with patients in the assigned territory, and to explain financial options and insurance coverage for our at-home therapy devices. You will travel up to 80% and deliver training in person or via telehealth while ensuring documentation meets HIPAA and payer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of patient-facing, education/training and/or advanced customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients and caregivers on device use, donning/doffing, and therapy sessions.
• Schedule and complete trainings and demonstrations within service levels.
• Explain financial responsibilities, insurance coverage, and finalize sales.
