Job summary

Pacific Cataract & Laser Institute (PCLI) seeks a Part-Time Patient Driver to provide safe, cheerful transportation for patients to and from appointments and assist with light maintenance around the facility. The role reports to the Site Manager and offers comprehensive benefits.

The position requires a current driver's license, a clean driving record, CPR certification (provided by PCLI), and strong communication skills. Schedule varies, up to 23 hours/week.

Qualifications

• Must have clean driving record and valid driver's license.
• CPR certification required (training provided).
• Ability to drive safely in varying road conditions.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and pleasant transportation for patients to appointments and back home.
• Perform light maintenance around the facility as needed.
• Coordinate with Site Manager regarding schedules.

Site Manager

STATUS

Part Time (up to 23 hours per week)

SCHEDULE

Monday - Thursday as needed, Friday as needed. Schedule may vary according to patient schedule and clinic needs.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Monitor, arrange for and track general vehicle maintenance

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Current driver's license and good driving record
• Ability to promptly communicate work schedules via phone, text or email
• Current CPR certification (Fee and training provided by PCLI)
