Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Patient Dining Services Manager 1 – Food at Christiana Hospital in Newark, DE. You will lead operations for patient dining and mailroom services, guiding frontline teams to deliver safe, high-quality service in a major teaching hospital.

You’ll oversee scheduling, onboarding, and day-to-day coordination, ensuring regulatory compliance and excellent patient experiences in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Qualifications

Education Requirement: Associate degree or equivalent experience.
Experience guiding frontline teams in service-driven operations such as dining or healthcare support services.
Knowledge of patient dining workflows, food safety, sanitation, and clinical nutrition standards.
Staff scheduling, onboarding, and day-to-day operational coordination.
