Job summary

Morrison Healthcare is seeking a full-time Supervisor, Patient Dining at Cleveland Clinic, Cleveland, OH. Shifts include 6:00-2:30pm or 12:30-8:30pm, with mornings or evenings and every other weekend.

Supervisory experience and patient dining or hospitality background are preferred. Responsibilities include coordinating patient meal service, training staff, and ensuring quality, dietary accommodation, and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Supervisor experience in a related service environment.
• Experience in patient dining, food service, or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds as required by duties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee systems to meet program objectives in the Patient Dining Program.
• Supervise Patient Dining Associates and ensure meal service delivery to patients.
• Coordinate menu options for allergies, preferences, and dietary needs.
• Interact with nursing to evaluate daily patient meal selections and tray processes.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and sanitation guidelines in daily operations.
• Lead daily associate meetings following Morrison’s GR8 Start guidelines.
