Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring immediately for a full-time Patient Dining Associate (Dietary Aide) at Willow Creek Women's Hospital in Johnson, AR. You’ll assist patients with menu selections, assemble and deliver meals, and support the care team to ensure meals meet nutritional needs and timing.

This role requires prior customer service experience, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds, as well as maneuver and push food delivery carts.

Responsibilities

• Help patients understand their menu selections and ensure orders meet nutritional requirements.
• Determine menu alternatives for allergies, sensitivities, or cultural/religious preferences.
• Assemble meals according to each patient’s menu selection and retrieve trays on time.
• Comply with regulatory standards and HIPAA policies.
• Follow HACCP guidelines for handling food and maintain sanitation.
• Assist dietitians with monitoring patients and communicating concerns to staff.
• Complete daily, weekly, or monthly reports per policies.
