Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is seeking Patient Dining Associates to support UF Health Flagler Hospital in Saint Augustine, FL. This role includes meal order assistance, tray assembly, delivery, and ensuring patient dietary needs are met with care and accuracy.

You will work in a healthcare setting with rotating shifts, supporting clinicians and nutritionists while upholding high standards of food safety, patient service, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with menu selections and coordinate with nursing to ensure dietary requirements are met.
• Collaborate with dietary and culinary teams to accommodate allergies, sensitivities, cultural or religious preferences.
• Assemble and retrieve meal trays, manage tray tickets, and deliver meals to patients on schedule.
• Comply with regulatory standards and HIPAA policies to protect patient confidentiality.
• Adhere to HACCP, sanitation and infection control policies throughout shift.
• Support dietitians in monitoring patients on special diets as required.
